applyassist is one of a kind one-stop-shop software that matches students to the right programs.

applyassist is 100% free for students. 

applyassist works by comparing your profile against different course admissions criteria stored in our database. Some of the factors and variables that applyassist is designed to assess are: · your academic performances in pre-requisite qualifications · your results in English and/or other entrance tests · your employment history · your study preferences applyassist is thus able to produce precise program matches in most cases. The more information you can provide about yourself to applyassist, the more accurate the results will be.

Ussing applyassist

Using applyassist is a cakewalk. Just use your existing Facebook or Google account to login. applyassist will sign you up automatically the first time you login. No account creation, no fuss.

applyassist.com has been designed to work with most common browsers such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Safari (macOS only), Opera and Mozilla Firefox. Unfortunately, if you are running Safari on Windows, please note that Apple no longer offers Safari updates for Windows.

Completing your profile on applyassist as well as keeping it up to date with any new information will help applyassist determine the study programs best suited to your profile.

applyassist uses Google and Facebook logins where authentication is taken care of by Google or Facebook. If you are unable to login to applyassist using your social media credentials, then please contact the relevant social media service provider.

Application in applyassist

If you are documents are in a language other than English, you must also provide an English translation made by an approved translation service.

It is important that you attach high quality scanned (at least 300dpi) documents to facilitate the processing of the application. Ensure your files are not encrypted or read only.

If you see an error when you try to attach a document to your application: · check that the document is within the required size limits · check that the file type is a one that is acceptable · make sure that that your document is not encrypted · try to attach the document again If you still see an error: · convert the file into a different format · use a different internet browser · try to attach the document again

applyassist uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) that is a standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a server and a client and is hosted with Google servers. Google data centers are protected with several layers of security to prevent any unauthorized access to your information. Applications document

Proficiency in the English language at least to a minimum standard is an essential requirement for entry into most undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs. The applyassist algorithm will consider your performance in the most relevant English test to match you to the right program. In case you have not yet taken an English test, applyassist algorithm will assume your English scores at median to work out the best program matches.

Please send us a message from your account with good quality scans of your mark sheets/transcripts and final award. If your qualification happens to be an acceptable one, we will incorporate it into our system.

Generally speaking, your supporting documents do not need to be certified. Once you have submitted your application, you’ll need to upload high-quality color scans of your documents such as your passport, qualifications and employment and English test results. All documents must be high-quality color copies of the original documents. If your documents are not in English, you must submit copies of the original documents as well as the English translations made by an authorized translation service provider in your country.
